The new powered-up app experience
With a new design and handy features, take a look at the new My Account dashboard. It’s now even easier to manage your account, all in one place.
A brand new look with updated sections
We’ve moved important tasks and info into the new ‘Actions and Updates’ section. You’ll also find handy areas for ‘Your Rewards and Offers’ and ‘Your Property’.
A simplified view for your electricity and gas
It’s now even easier to see your energy usage in the Origin App. For smart meter users, the new design allows you to clearly see what the cost is so far and your predicted bill.
We’re still here to help, we’ve just moved the button
You’ll now find the button at the top right of each app screen. We’ll link you to the specific help for the page you’re on, making it even easier to get the help you need.

Want to see your spending or how much energy you’re using? Find it right away by tapping on the bottom of your app screen.

Dark mode available for the Origin App
Dark mode has arrived. Go easy on your eyes, day or night. To enable the dark mode feature, simply go to Profile, choose Appearance, and toggle to Dark.
